Vasistha founded INNOVATIVE EYE an Event Management, Hospitality and Allied Services company in the year 2000.
The intension of starting the company was mainly involved in organizing public and corporate events, in this past years the company has successfully conceptualized and organized several corporate events.
In 2008, April 26, Innovative Eye organized a musical night of the legendary singer SmtS.Janaki, on this occasion the legendry singer was felicitated, this platform was dedicated to another icon of Kannada Film Industry, Padmashree Dr Raj Kumar.
The Event received roaring reviews from the Media and Entertainment fraternity as well as all the music lovers.
On 17th Jan 2009, the company had organized a musical night in Mysore at ManasaGangotri open air auditorium, The Little Champs alopng with veteran singers like smtRatnamala Prakash, SmtKasturi Shankar, SmtSunitha, SmtInduVishwanath sung haunting melodies and mesmarised the music lovers, on this occasion Nation Award Winner Shri ShivamogaSubbanna and Actor shriRenuka Prasad was Felicitated.

In 1982, Mr Srinath Vasistha was Introduced to Theater by his Uncle Shri GeebeekoteAnanth, Writer, Director, to the Theater Group "Antaranga", his first stage play was "MOULYAGALAU", was directed by Shri B.C.K.Iyengar.
